Protein Banana Berry Smoothie Bowl

This recipe is clutch to beat the summer heat and to assist in reaching your daily protein and micronutrient goals. Serve up this extra-thick smoothie in a bowl and top with some beautiful garnish to enjoy a tasty protein treat!

Yields: 2 servings

Base ingredients
2 cups ice
½ cup water
1 Oikos® Triple Zero Greek Yogurt
1 cup mixed greens
½ banana
1 scoop Six Star® Whey Isolate Plus (chocolate or vanilla!)
1 tsp spirulina powder

Directions

Combine ingredients in blender and blend for 30 seconds.

Toppings
½ cup sliced strawberries
1 tbs shredded coconut
1 tbs chia seeds
