Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Get in the fall spirit without sacrificing your gains with this delicious, high-protein Pumpkin Pie Smoothie!


  • 1 scoop Unflavored 100% Whey Protein Plus
  • 1 cup unsweetened pumpkin puree
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2–1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 1–2 servings stevia, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. ginger
  • Small pinch of cloves
  • Small pinch of salt
  • Ice (optional)


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Simply add more liquid for a thinner consistency!
