Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder
  • ¼ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. strawberry jam
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 ½ tbsp. of all natural peanut butter
  • 5-6 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Put water, yogurt and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend on high for 30 seconds.
