Nate Scholz combined Whey Protein Plus with diet and training. His transformation lasted 17 weeks and he has been remunerated. Subjects using the core ingredients in Whey Protein Plus gained, on average, 8.8 lbs. of muscle in six weeks.
I focused on clean sources of protein from chicken, eggs, tuna and Whey Protein Plus. For carbohydrates, I ate potatoes, rice, veggies and fruits.
I trained 5 to 6 days per week. Each day, I trained with weights for an hour and a half followed by half an hour of stretching. I also did an hour of cardio. My split was chest and triceps one day, back and biceps the next and legs and shoulders the last day. I trained abs every other day.
Before my transformation I wasn't happy, I didn't look good and I lacked energy and self-confidence. Now, I feel like I did when I was playing sports in high school. I'm more confident and I have more energy. Everyone around me has noticed the changes and says I look like I did 6 years ago. Plus, my transformation has helped with certain acting roles.
The first thing I noticed was how quickly I recovered while using it. Then I noticed my strength increase dramatically the first month. Before I knew it, I was repping out with 100 lb. dumbbells for sets of twelve. Before, my workouts were all body weight and circuit based so I never thought I would get that strength back … but I did and fast.
