Matt Houston combined Whey Protein Plus with CreatineX3 and diet and training. His transformation lasted 18 weeks and he has been remunerated. Subjects using the core ingredients in Whey Protein Plus gained, on average, 8.8 lbs. of muscle in six weeks. I do a split training workout for five days a week. 30 min. of cardio in the morning, and 45-60 min. of isolating one muscle group later in the day. I usually rest on Wednesday and Sunday. Before each workout I warm-up and stretch for at least 20 min.
