What does your current diet consist of?

  • Lots of lean proteins – chicken, fish, eggs, red meat once a week.
  • Clean carbs – oatmeal, brown rice, corn grits, etc.
  • Fibrous greens and fruit – spinach, broccoli, green beans, asparagus, etc.
  • Healthy fats – walnuts, almonds/almond milk, fish oils, lots of peanut butter.
  • Six Star Whey Protein Plus – before and after the gym. I also have CreatineX3 post-workout as well.

What kind of training program are you currently on?

I do a split training workout for five days a week. 30 min. of cardio in the morning, and 45-60 min. of isolating one muscle group later in the day. I usually rest on Wednesday and Sunday. Before each workout I warm-up and stretch for at least 20 min.

How did you feel before the transformation?

I felt decent, but was definitely lacking energy. I never felt physically up to par.

How do you feel now that your transformation is over?

I feel like a new person. My body feels and looks amazing and the psychological repercussions of that are incredible. My whole disposition has changed as the boost of confidence from my transformation has changed the way I carry myself in all aspects of my life.

What kind of attention are you getting now that you're in shape?

I get a lot of super positive attention. My energy is different and people notice it everywhere I go. Whether I'm at the store, in the gym, or on set, I can tell people are responding to me differently.

What are some of your hobbies?

I love action sports and being outdoors. Mountain biking, motocross, wakeboarding, and snowboarding are all passions of mine. Anything that gets my blood moving to make me feel alive.

How has being in shape increased your performance?

Overall, it's been at least a 50% increase in endurance and strength.

How has being in shape helped you perform at your job?

Way more comfortable with my body and it shows. I feel proud when I go to castings and show them my body and I'm confident that they'll be looking at me.
