How did you feel before the transformation?

Before the transformation I was always tired and didn't like the way my body looked. I had awful eating habits and would feel depressed a lot of the time.

How do you feel now that your transformation is complete?

After going through my transformation I feel amazing! My body has completely changed. Physically I feel much stronger and more confident. I sleep better and I’m more conscious about my life, body, and choices I make for my well-being.

What role did Six Star play?

Six Star helped me build muscle and recover faster between workouts. If I didn't use
Six Star, my results wouldn't have been as great as they were. I have never looked this good
in my life!

How has being in great shape increased your performance?

Transforming my body into the best shape of my life has greatly increased my performance. I can train longer and am more agile and faster.
