Vanilla Protein Mug Cake

Overindulging on desserts or any type of food can be easy when there is a big portion in front of you. With this single-serving protein mug cake recipe, you don’t have to worry about going over on your macronutrients or going back for seconds.

(Unless you make another one!)

Ingredients:
1 scoop Six Star® Pro Nutrition French Vanilla Crème 100% Whey Protein for Her
½ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp coconut flower
1 large egg (or ¼ cup of egg whites)
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp Stevia

Directions:

  1. Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a microwave-safe mug/bowl.

  2. Then add in the egg or egg whites, milk and vanilla extract. (If the batter is still too dry, continue to add milk until a thicker mixture is formed!)

  3. Microwave for 60 seconds, or until it is cooked through the center!
