Low-Carb Waffle

Get a head start on your daily protein intake and save on carbs with this easy and delicious waffle recipe that requires only three ingredients. You can also make pancakes with this batter. Waffles are just pancakes with abs after all!

Yields: 1 serving

Ingredients:
1 ½ scoops Six Star® 100% Whey Protein for Her, French Vanilla
1 whole egg
1 egg white
1/3 cup fairlife® 2% milk


Instructions:

Stir all ingredients together to make the batter. Spray a waffle iron with non-stick spray and pour in the batter. This batter makes one large or two small waffles, depending on the size of your waffle iron. Don’t overfill the iron or you’ll miss out on some gains when it spills over! Remove waffle according to your waffle maker’s completion indicator. Enjoy with the toppings of your choice!
