Morning Espresso Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup skim milk  
1 tbsp. instant coffee
½ cup low-fat yogurt or Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla Six Star Whey Protein Plus or
Six Star Whey Isolate
4-5 ice cubes
Prep Time: 1-2 min. Cooking Time: 0 min. Servings: 1

Directions

  1. Put milk and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend on high for 15-20 seconds.
