Almond Butter Explosion

Ingredients

1 cup skim milk  
10 almonds
1 banana
½ tbsp. peanut butter
1 scoop (approx. 30g) of your favorite chocolate Six Star Pro Nutrition protein powder
4-5 ice cubes
Prep Time: 1-2 min. Cooking Time: 0 min. Servings: 1

Directions

  1. Put milk and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend on high for 15-20 seconds.
