On days you don’t work out, creatine should be taken in the morning, as this is the time of day where muscle cells are most sensitive and more likely to better absorb the creatine. A high-quality creatine formula enhanced with carbs and BCAAs can be taken during a workout to help fuel a long and intense training session.
